FUNCTIONAL CLINIC NUTRITION

The purpose of this diet plan is to minimise the symptoms and damage caused by excess fat mass or to prevent nutritional imbalances caused by poor diet. Eating healthily is essential for preventing heart disease, metabolic diseases and cancer.

BODY COMPOSITION ASSESSMENT

Before embarking on any plan to lose weight, increase muscle mass, improve performance or health, an assessment of body composition is essential. Using Bioimpedance and skinfold equipment, we will analyse body compartments such as muscle mass, fat mass, ideal body weight and Fat Index.

SPORTS NUTRITION

My aim is to provide professional and amateur athletes with a balanced diet and nutritional supplements that can improve performance and optimise muscle recovery. The diet plan is designed according to the requirements of each sport. I support you with an adequate supply during the 4 critical periods of the day: pre-workout meals, during training and after training.
